What Makes Lighthouse Hospice Group different?
Lighthouse Hospice Group is intentionally small to provide better care to each patient and caregiver.
Patients are seen weekly by our Registered Nurses and as often as needed by our Certified Nursing Assistants.
Lighthouse Hospice Group is never officially closed. Staff members are on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays to provide immediate care to each patient and caregiver.
Regulations require hospice organizations meet every other week to discuss the health and care of each patient and caregiver. All Lighthouse Hospice Group staff meet regularly in order to provide the best care to our patients and caregiver(s).
Lighthouse Hospice Group was recently recognized for quality patient care! We received 100% in almost all the categories on hospice compare via Medicare.gov.
