Elias and Nicole Frost
Elias and Nicole Frost are responsible for the daily operations of Lighthouse Hospice Group, LLC.
Elias serves as the Vice President, managing public relations and overseeing all business management activities.
Nicole, a licensed nurse, is the Administrator. She supervises the clinical, social work, and chaplaincy teams, and is also responsible for regulatory compliance.
Together, they are committed to ensuring that patients and their families receive the highest standard of comprehensive care.
Dr. Ben Levinson
Dr. Levinson is originally from West Columbia, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Levinson completed his residency at Dorn VA/Richland Memorial Hospital, where he was chief resident.
Dr. Levinson, along with Dr. Guram, founded SC Internal Medicine in 1986. Dr. Levinson is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He is a former chief of medicine at Lexington Medical Center and a longtime team physician of Brookland-Cayce High School.
As of May 2018, Dr. Levinson is the lead Medical Director for Lighthouse Hospice Group!
